Poljan signed a reserve/future contract with the Ravens on Monday.

Elevated for Week 18
Poljan was elevated to the Ravens' active roster Saturday, Ryan Mink of the team's official website reports.
Analysis: The tight end will make his second appearance with the active roster in Week 18 against the Steelers. He last played in Week 16 against the Bengals. With Nick Boyle (illness) on the COVID list, Poljan and Eric Tomlinson will operate as the top reserve options behind starter Mark Andrews.
