Lands future pact
Rogers signed a reserve/future contract with the Titans on Monday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
Analysis: Rogers fractured his knee toward the end of the 2019 season, ending a four-year stint with the Colts in which he posted a 111-1,221-5 line over 53 games. He failed to make the Dolphins' final roster out of training camp, and he spent nearly all season on the Titans practice squad. With another offseason of rehab, Rogers will aim to capture a depth role with the reigning AFC South champions.

Secures practice squad deal
Rogers signed with the Titans' practice squad Monday, Erik Bacharach of The Tennessean reports.
Analysis: Rogers spent training camp with the Dolphins but couldn't make the team. With A.J. Brown week to week with a knee bruise, Rogers will add depth to the Titans' receiver corps. Last year with the Colts, the 26-year-old receiver hauled in 16 of 28 targets for 179 yards and two scores.

Released by Dolphins
Miami released Rogers on Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Analysis: The Dolphins saw fit to release Rogers even though DeVante Parker (undisclosed) has been absent from practice due to a minor injury. The 26-year-old, who had 16 catches for 179 yards across 12 games with the Colts last season, will look for a depth opportunity with another team.

Signs on with Miami
Rogers agreed to a one-year contract with the Dolphins on Sunday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Analysis: Miami was in need of wideout depth after both Allen Hurns and Albert Wilson recently opted out of the 2020 season, so Rogers' addition should at least help address the absence of Wilson at slot receiver. Rogers, who can also contribute as a return man, spent the past four seasons with the Colts, suiting up in 53 career contests and logging 111 receptions for 1,221 yards and five touchdowns. Though Rogers' signing suggests he's healthy again after he fractured his knee in early December, he'll…read more

Headed to IR
The Colts intend to place Rogers (knee) on injured reserve, spelling an end to his season, Mike Chappell of Fox 59 News Indianapolis reports.
Analysis: Indianapolis may not announce a corresponding roster move for another day or two, but Rogers' impending shutdown implies the follow-up tests he underwent Monday revealed that he fractured his knee in the Week 13 loss to the Titans. Rogers only contributed 16 receptions for 179 yards and two touchdowns across 28 targets in 12 games this season, but his absence nonetheless hurts with the Colts already having lost several other pass-catching options to injury. Fortunately for Indianapolis, the…read more

Season could be done
Rogers is likely to be shut down for the season after initial tests revealed that he fractured his knee in Sunday's 31-17 loss to the Titans, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Analysis: Per the report, the wideout will undergo further testing Monday as the Colts look to confirm the injury, but the early returns don't offer much hope that he'll be able to play again in 2019. With Rogers set to miss time, the Colts' already banged-up pass-catching corps is further taxed, though it's possible that T.Y. Hilton (calf) and Parris Campbell (hand) could return to action in Week 14 against the Buccaneers.

Exits Sunday's game
Rogers was forced out of Sunday's game against the Titans due to a knee injury, Andrew Walker of the Colts' official site reports.
Analysis: With Rogers out of Sunday's game, Zach Pascal, Marcus Johnson and Ashton Dulin remain on hand to handle the team's Week 13 wide receiver duties.

Held to one reception
Rogers caught his only target for 11 yards during Thursday's 20-17 loss to the Texans.
Analysis: Rogers once again played a healthy role in Indianapolis' offense, logging 61 percent of snaps, but he hasn't been to translate that opportunity into notable fantasy production. The 25-year-old also wasn't able to make an impact in the punt return game during Thursday's loss, with no official punt returns.

Just one reception Sunday
Rogers had just one reception for 11 yards on two targets in Sunday's win over Jacksonville.
Analysis: Rogers started at slot receiver but again played fewer snaps (31) on offense than Marcus Johnson (61). Rogers continues to be the starter in the slot and has had a steady role on the offense, but he hasn't seen a boost in production with multiple injuries to Indy wideouts.

Just two receptions Sunday
Rogers had two receptions for 31 yards on four targets in Sunday's loss to Miami.
Analysis: Rogers started again as the slot receiver but played fewer snaps (32) on offense than backup Marcus Johnson (55). Rogers continues to have a steady role in the offense but doesn't have much upside given Indy's limited passing attack. He did have a strong game on special teams, where he had three punt returns for an average of 12.7 yards.

Three receptions, one TD Sunday
Rogers had three receptions for 22 yards, including a four-yard touchdown, on five targets in Sunday's 26-24 loss at Kansas City.
Analysis: Rogers got the start again as the slot receiver in three-receiver sets and got his usual playing time (46 of the offense's 70 snaps) but saw a few more targets with T.Y. Hilton sidelined with a calf injury.

Moves into starting role
Rogers will be one of the Colts' starting wide receivers in Sunday's game against the Steelers, Stephen Holder of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Rogers had already started three of the Colts' first seven games, but he'll probably benefit from a larger role than normal Sunday while helping to replace the injured T.Y. Hilton (calf). Holder notes that the Colts will likely rotate a number of players to fill Hilton's spot, so in addition to Rogers, Parris Campbell, Deon Cain and Ashton Dulin could all benefit from more snaps than usual.
