Quiet outside of short TD
Landry caught seven of 10 targets for 20 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 22-17 loss to the Chiefs in the AFC divisional round.
Analysis: Landry led the Browns in targets and catches but finished fourth in receiving yards. He scored from four yards out in the third quarter to spark a comeback attempt that ultimately came up five points short, but Landry otherwise failed to get any separation downfield, gaining no more than seven yards on any of his seven catches. He'll continue to be a key part of Cleveland's passing game next season after totaling 72 catches for 840 yards in 2020 despite playing through a broken rib for part of…read more

Comes up in the clutch
Landry reeled in five of eight targets for 92 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 48-37 wild-card win against the Steelers.
Analysis: Landry has been magnetized to the end zone of late, with all four of his receiving scores on the season coming over his past six outings. He tore off a 40-yard catch-and-run TD on Cleveland's third play from scrimmage, but from there, he was held to just one more reception for four yards until the fourth quarter. With Pittsburgh mounting significant momentum at the start of the final frame, Landry delivered a clutch 17-yard third-down reception, helping set up Nick Chubb for a tide-swinging…read more

Scores key touchdown
Landry recorded five receptions on six targets for 51 yards in Week 17 against the Steelers. He added one rush for three yards and a touchdown.
Analysis: Landry led the team in targets and receptions but was limited to short areas of the field. Despite the unremarkable showing in the box score, Landry tallied the game-clinching touchdown at the beginning of the fourth quarter on a three-yard run. Statistically speaking, Landry posted his worst season as a Brown, though he did surpass 800 receiving yards and paired that with six total touchdowns. Landry's season will continue as the Browns head to the playoffs for the first time since 2002.

Off COVID-19 list
Landry has been activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Analysis: As were Rashard Higgins, Donovan Peoples-Jones and KhaDarel Hodge. As a result, the Browns will approach Sunday's must-win contest against the Steelers with their top wide receivers available once again. The Browns won't practice Thursday, but the team hopes to get the four returning pass catchers some practice reps Friday. Now that he's back in the fold, Landry should see his normal allotment of work Week 17, given that he landed on the COVID list (and thus missed Week 16 action) as a…read more

Slated to come off COVID list
Landry is slated to come off the reserve/COVID-19 list Thursday, Jake Trotter of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: The same applies to Rashard Higgins, Donovan Peoples-Jones and KhaDarel Hodge, with the moves on track to become official later Thursday. With that, the Browns are set to approach Sunday's must-win season finale against the Steelers with their top wide receivers -- who were sidelined last weekend -- available for Week 17 action, barring any unexpected developments.

Targeting Thursday return
The Browns are targeting Thursday for the return of Landry and the rest of the receivers placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list, Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Analysis: Landry, Rashard Higgins, Donovan Peoples-Jones and KhaDarel Hodge continued to test negative Monday. They must remain negative for five days, making Thursday the earliest day they can return.

To COVID-19 list, out Sunday
The Browns placed Landry (undisclosed) on the reserve/COVID-19 list Saturday, ruling him out for Sunday's road game against the Jets.
Analysis: In addition to Landry, fellow wide receivers Rashard Higgins, Donovan Peoples-Jones and KhaDarel Hodge were deemed high-risk close contacts and are unable to play Week 16. With just one WR (Marvin Hall) remaining on the active roster, Cleveland elevated Ja'Marcus Bradley and Derrick Willies from the practice squad.

Availability for Sunday in question
Landry (undisclosed) has been deemed a high-risk close contact and may not be available Sunday against the Jets, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Analysis: The same can be said for Rashard Higgins, Donovan Peoples-Jones and KhaDarel Hodge. The Browns haven't placed any of the quartet on the reserve/COVID-19 list yet, but a decision on each player's availability may be imminent. If all four are unable to play Sunday, Cleveland will be down to one healthy wide receiver (Marvin Hall) on the active roster.

Stays hot with another TD
Landry had seven receptions (eight targets) for 61 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 20-6 win over the Giants.
Analysis: Landry continued his recent hot streak, scoring his third touchdown over the last four weeks. Over that span, he has averaged 7.3 receptions and 79.5 receiving yards. It didn't hurt that the Giants were without shutdown corner James Bradberry (reserve/COVID-19) for the contest. Landry is finally looking like a reliable fantasy asset again after posting some disappointing numbers earlier this season, both before and after Odell Beckham (knee - ACL) went down to injury. Catches six passes
Landry caught six of nine targets for 52 yards in Monday night's 47-42 loss to the Ravens. He also completed a pass for 12 yards.
Analysis: Landry's first gain came via his arm, as he connected with Nick Chubb on a throw-back play during Cleveland's opening drive. The wideout then saw his usual involvement over the course of Monday's meeting, ultimately tying for the Browns' lead in receptions. Although he couldn't extend his touchdown streak to three games, instead watching fellow wideout Rashard Higgins score, Landry remains his team's top pass-catching option ahead of Week 15's matchup against the Giants.

Keeps racking up targets
Landry recorded eight receptions on 10 targets for 62 yards and a touchdown in Week 13 against the Titans.
Analysis: Landry found the end zone for the second consecutive game on a two-yard reception late in the first quarter. He also served as the short-yardage option for Baker Mayfield and has now vacuumed up 21 targets across his last two contests. Landry was still limited by his lack of deep looks, as he averaged only 6.2 yards per target with his longest reception of the day going for 13 yards. He should continue to see plenty of targets in a pivotal AFC North matchup in Week 14 against Baltimore.

Tops 100 yards
Landry recorded eight receptions on 11 targets for 143 yards and a touchdown in Week 12 against the Jaguars.
Analysis: Landry topped 100 yards for the first time this season thanks in part to commanding 11 targets on 29 total pass attempts by Baker Mayfield. He was efficient with the opportunity as well, averaging 13 yards per target and logging five receptions of at least 19 yards. Landry also managed his first touchdown of the season, which came on a five-yard catch in the opening quarter. He'll look to build on the performance in a Week 13 matchup against the Titans.

Receives three touches vs. Eagles
Landry caught both his targets for 23 yards and carried once for three additional yards during Sunday's 22-17 win over the Eagles.
Analysis: Landry's usage was limited as the Browns threw the ball just 22 times on the day due to poor weather, and he finished with another disappointing performance as a result. He has surpassed 50 receiving yards just once in his last five outings and is on pace to finish well shy of 1,000 yards for the season. Landry could bounce back against a poor Jaguars defense next Sunday, but he's not guaranteed a healthy allotment of targets in a game his team could dominate on the ground.

Three catches as Mayfield struggles
Landry caught three of five targets for 29 yards in Sunday's 10-7 win over Houston.
Analysis: Landry led the Browns in targets but didn't get much going as Baker Mayfield threw for just 132 yards. This was actually Mayfield's second-highest passing yardage total in the last four games, so Landry's ceiling remains capped by the run-heavy nature of Cleveland's offense. Still, the Browns will likely scheme the ball into Landry's hands -- be it as a receiver downfield or as a passer/runner on gadget plays -- against the Eagles in Week 11.

Dominates target share Week 8
Landry caught four of his 11 targets for 52 receiving yards during Sunday's 16-6 loss to the Raiders.
Analysis: Baker Mayfield was clearly trying to feed the ball to his five-time Pro Bowl wideout, as Landry had eight more targets and greater than double the receiving production of the No. 2 option, Harrison Bryant. Those sizeable portions came on an inefficient passing day for Cleveland, as Mayfield completed less than half of his pass attempts while managing fewer than 125 yards via the air. Landry has garnered 6.3 targets per game for the Browns this season, though he remains without a touchdown…read more

Good to go this week
Landry (ribs/hip) doesn't carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Raiders after logging a full practice Friday, Scott Petrak of The Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Analysis: Landry has been playing through a rib injury that he sustained Week 5, but it's no surprise that he'll continue to tough it out Sunday, considering that he hasn't missed a regular-season game since entering the NFL in 2014. His profile in the Cleveland passing offense is in line to increase going forward with the team's target leader Odell Beckham having suffered a season-ending knee injury. Limited in Wednesday's session
Landry (ribs/hip) was limited in practice Wednesday, Jake Trotter of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Landry's limited status to begin Week 8 isn't surprising considering he's been playing through a broken rib, but since the seven-year veteran has yet to miss a game in his career, expect him to tough it out for Sunday's matchup with the Raiders. Even if he doesn't practice fully Thursday and/or Friday, Landry should be ready to play a more prominent role in the passing game for the rest of the season after Odell Beckham (knee) was placed on injured reserve this week.

Five catches in Week 7 win
Landry caught five of six targets for 48 yards, rushed twice for four yards and completed a 19-yard pass in Sunday's 37-34 win over the Bengals.
Analysis: Landry's 28-yard catch-and-run in the second quarter was the first completion for quarterback Baker Mayfield after five misses, and it started a streak of 21 consecutive Mayfield completions. The veteran wide receiver tied Rashard Higgins for the team lead in targets, and Landry also put his throwing ability on display with a 19-yard pass to Donovan Peoples-Jones in the fourth quarter. Good to go Week 7
Landry (hip/ribs) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Bengals, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Analysis: Landry created a stir earlier this week when he admitted that he's been playing through a broken rib since Oct. 11, but the injury won't keep him off the field. The wideout remained limited in practice throughout the week, which could be par for the course moving forward as the Browns look to limit the wear and tear on his body heading into game days. Playing through broken rib
Landry (ribs/hip) remained limited at practice Thursday, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Analysis: Landry's continued limitations at practice gained added context Thursday when the wideout revealed that he's been dealing with a broken rib that he suffered Oct. 11. That said, Landry hasn't missed a game durting his seven-year NFL career, and that's almost assuredly not going to change this week, though he'll probably end up being officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bengals.

Landry (hip/ribs) logged a limited practice Wednesday, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Analysis: Landry didn't practice last Wednesday and Thursday before returning to limited session Friday, so he's already off to a better start in Week 7 as he continues to manage his aches and pains. While seeing the field for 44 of the Browns' 57 offensive snaps in Sunday's 38-7 loss to the Steelers, Landry hauled in three of his five targets for 40 yards.

Records 40 yards
Landry recorded three receptions on five targets for 40 yards in Week 6 against the Steelers.
Analysis: Landry struggled along with the rest of the Browns' offense, as he failed to command volume or provide splash plays. His longest gain of the day went for 24 yards, the second most explosive play for Cleveland. Landry has battled both a hip and rib injury throughout the season, and in an offense that doesn't produce significant passing volume, it may be difficult for him to post robust stat lines. Nevertheless, Landry will face a positive matchup in Week 7 against the Bengals.

Landry (ribs) is active Week 6 against the Steelers.
Analysis: Known for his durability, Landry wasn't going to let a few missed practices this week jeopardize his streak of six consecutive seasons with 16 games played. The remainder of his offensive will have similar fortune, as starting quarterback Baker Mayfield (chest) and fellow wideout Odell Beckham (illness) have both been cleared to play as well. Landry (ribs/hip) is expected to play Sunday against the Steelers, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Analysis: The same applies to fellow wide receiver Odell Beckham (illness), as well as quarterback Baker Mayfield (chest). The Browns are thus in line to face the Steelers in Week 6 with the key components of their passing attack available. Landry has yet to score a TD through five contests to date, but his 21 catches (on 28 targets) for 279 yards have yielded a degree of PPR utility.

Draws questionable tag
Landry (ribs/hip) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's contest in Pittsburgh, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Analysis: Landry logged his first practice session of the week as a limited participant Friday, after having previously put forth back-to-back absences due to hip and rib injuries. Coach Kevin Stefanski said Landry is "making a push to Sunday like he always does," a hint that the veteran wideout is trending in the right direction to face the Steelers. Both quarterback Baker Mayfield (chest/ribs) and fellow top wideout Odell Beckham (illness) also are listed as questionable.

Landry (ribs/hip) was on the field at Friday's practice, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Analysis: The 27-year-old sat out practice Wednesday and Thursday, so even finishing the week as a limited participant is a step in the right direction. Landry's improvement puts him on track to be available Sunday at Pittsburgh, though his outlook will receive more clarity when Cleveland's official injury report is published later in the day.

Misses another practice
Landry (ribs/hip) didn't practice Thursday, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Analysis: Back-to-back absences set the stage for Landry's Friday practice participation to be pivotal with regard to his status for Sunday's game against the Steelers. Fellow starting wideout Odell Beckham was sent home with an illness Thursday and QB Baker Mayfield (chest/ribs) is also banged up, so there's a few moving parts relative to the Browns' Week 6 passing attack in advance of the team's final practice of the week.

Landry didn't practice Wednesday due to ribs and hip injuries, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Analysis: Landry's previous appearances on Cleveland's injury report have been for maintenance purposes related to his recovery from offseason hip surgery, but the rib issue is a new concern. Coach Kevin Stefanski noted Wednesday that he hoped to have Landry back at practice later this week, so the veteran wideout is still seemingly on track to play Sunday in Pittsburgh.

Sets season high in yardage
Landry caught four of nine targets for 88 yards during Sunday's 32-23 win over the Colts.
Analysis: Landry led the team in targets and receiving yards while finishing second in receptions. He set a new season high in receiving yardage thanks in large part to a season-long gain of 32 yards. Landry, who was held under 50 yards in each of the last three games, will look to build on this productive outing in next Sunday's matchup against a Pittsburgh secondary that hasn't played to its full potential yet this season.

Landry caught five of six targets for 48 yards and threw a 37-yard touchdown pass during Sunday's 49-38 win over the Cowboys.
Analysis: Landry got the scoring started early in the first quarter when he launched a long touchdown pass to Odell Beckham Jr. He tied for the team lead in catches and finished second in receiving yardage, but he still failed to surpass 50 receiving yards for the third straight game. Landry has uncharacteristically drawn just 19 targets through four games this season and still hasn't scored a touchdown of his own. He'll hope for better results next Sunday against the Colts.

Still easing back to 100 percent
Browns offensive coordinator admitted Thursday that Landry probably isn't 100 percent healthy following his February hip surgery, but the receiver isn't expected to miss any time because of the injury, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Analysis: The Browns have listed Landry on their injury reports for three straight weeks with the hip issue, but since he was a full participant Thursday for a fifth straight practice, fantasy managers don't have reason to fret about his status for Sunday's game in Dallas. Analysis: Landry got off to a hot start in the game, totaling 28 yards and three catches in the first quarter. Analysis: Landry has eased back into drills the last few days as he recovered from February hip surgery, but his appearance in 11-on-11 drills signals that he has made impressive progress in recovery. With over three weeks until the season opener, the Browns may still afford Landry the occasional maintenance day, but it appears he'll be ready for Week 1. Analysis: Landry was activated from the PUP list before the start of on-field practices, but that doesn't necessarily mean he'll be available for all activities. He's coming back from major hip surgery in February, with early reports mentioning a timeline of 6-8 months. It sounds like the 27-year-old receiver is on track to suit up for Week 1.

Activated off PUP list
Landry (hip) was activated off the active/PUP list Saturday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
Analysis: It's a notable move considering there was intense speculation earlier in the summer Landry could ultimately miss time following offseason hip surgery. Of course, the veteran wide receiver's Week 1 status all depends on when he can officially return to practice, something Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram expects should happen toward the end of August.

Placed on PUP list
Landry (hip) has been placed on the Browns' active/PUP list.
Analysis: Per Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram, Landry's placement on the list is not indicative of a setback, and the wideout expects to practice later this month. With Landry still on schedule in his recovery from his offseason hip surgery, we'll continue to project that he'll be available to play Week 1.

Progressing well
Coach Kevin Stefanski continues to be encouraged by Landry's (hip) progress, Andrew Gribble of the Browns' official site reports. "He remains on schedule based on everything he has done post-surgery," Stefanski said of the wideout Tuesday.
Analysis: Stefanski added that he'd know more in the coming days, once Landry -- who underwent hip surgery in February -- has undergone a physical. There's still no timetable for when Landry will be able to work fully, but confirmation that his injury rehab is on track is a positive indicator with regard to his Week 1 status.

Doing individual drills
Coach Kevin Stefanski says Landry (hip) has been looking good in individual workouts, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Analysis: Still rehabbing from February hip surgery, Landry likely will be limited or absent if the Browns open training camp as scheduled in late July. Meanwhile, Odell Beckham has been deemed 100 percent healthy, completing his recovery from offseason abdominal surgery. The Browns expect both wide receivers to be ready for Week 1, though the initial rehab-timeline estimate for Landry's surgery (6-8 months) did create some concern earlier this offseason.

Making progress in recovery
Browns wide receivers coach Chad O'Shea said Wednesday that Landry (hip) has made "a lot of progress" in his rehab from February surgery, but he doesn't know where the wide receiver will be at the beginning of training camp, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Analysis: The aforementioned procedure shaved cartilage and required the removal of two pieces of bone that were embedded in Landry's hip labrum. Despite playing through the injury in the second half of last season, he paced the Browns with a career-high 1,174 yards while scoring six touchdowns on 83 catches (138 targets). O'Shea's comments come just about one month after Landry expressed optimism about his recovery, including that he plans to take the field in August.

Plans to return to field in August
Landry (hip) indicated Wednesday that he's slightly ahead of schedule in his recovery and anticipates returning to the field in August, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Analysis: Landry admitted that his rehab has been more challenging than expected due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which has prevented him from accessing certain resources. Even so, Landry indicated his rehab is still going well overall, so barring a setback down the road, the seventh-year wideout should be good to go when the Browns open their regular season Sept. 13 in Baltimore.

Progressing with rehab
Landry posted via his Instagram account a video of the wide receiver doing some on-field drills, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Analysis: Landry was merely doing some high knees, but the activity is a positive development in his recovery from Feb. 4 hip surgery. With offseason programs happening virtually this year, his next opportunity to participate with the Browns will be training camp, assuming it goes off as planned. Landry is coming off a career-best 1,174 yards on 83 receptions in 2019 while working in tandem with Odell Beckham (abdomen). On schedule in recovery
Browns coach Kevin Stefanski said Landry (hip) is on schedule in his rehabilitation, Marla Ridenour of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Analysis: Stefanski indicated that Landry and Odell Beckham (abdomen) are both "exactly where they need to be" in their respective offseason recovery programs. That duo is expected to return as the starting wide receivers, though the complexion of the offense is likely to change with the arrival of Stefanski and the addition of one of the NFL's top pass-catching tight ends in free-agent pickup Austin Hooper.

Likely out until August
Landry (hip) anticipates returning to practice at some point in August, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Analysis: Landry initially planned to avoid hip surgery this offseason but then changed his mind after he felt pain while playing in the Pro Bowl. He went under the knife Feb. 4, with surgeons shaving away some cartilage and removing two pieces of bone that were embedded in his hip labrum. An estimated recovery timeline of six-to-eight months means Landry isn't a lock to be ready for the preseason or even Week 1, though he's optimistic he won't miss any regular-season games. Landry ultimately changed his mind and decided to undergo hip surgery Feb. 4, Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Analysis: Landry was planning to forego the surgery as recently as the Super Bowl according to Cabot, but he eventually changed his mind and decided on the procedure that comes with a 6-to-8-month recovery timetable. This leaves the door open for availability at the start of training camp in late July, though the organization and new head coach Kevin Stefanski are optimistic Landry might be available on a limited basis this spring. Not planning for surgery
Landry (hip) doesn't expect to have offseason surgery, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Analysis: Landry has been bothered by his hip since April or May when he suffered a fractured sacrum. The injury didn't stop him from playing all 16 games for a sixth time in as many pro seasons, and he even finished with career highs for receiving yards (1,174) and yards per reception (14.1). Contemplating hip surgery
Landry expects to make a decision on offseason hip surgery by Friday, with the procedure likely involving a rehab timeline of 6-to-8 months, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Analysis: The Browns' practice reports listed Landry with a hip injury throughout most of November and December, but he never actually missed a game en route to leading the team in targets, catches, receiving yards and receiving touchdowns. He acknowledged that surgery would wipe out his entire offseason, though he likely would be ready for Week 1 of 2020. Meanwhile, the Browns are searching for a new head coach after they fired Freddie Kitchens on Sunday.

Landry brought in two of six targets for 82 yards and a touchdown in the Browns' 33-23 loss to the Bengals on Sunday.
Analysis: Landry actually saw his fewest targets since Week 5, but he made good use of them. The veteran was on the receiving end of a 56-yard scoring toss from Baker Mayfield late in the first half, his sixth touchdown of the season, and also recorded a 26-yard grab to give him his best yardage total since Week 12. Cleared for Week 17
Landry (hip) practiced fully Friday and won't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Bengals, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Analysis: Landry said Thursday that he's been bothered by a fractured sacrum in his hip since OTAs and could require an offseason procedure to address the matter, but the injury won't force the durable wideout to miss any action. He'll play all 16 games for the sixth time in as many seasons and could take on more volume in the passing game than expected with fellow starting receiver Odell Beckham (groin/illness) listed as questionable ahead of the finale after failing to practice Friday.

Reveals injury details
Landry (hip) acknowledged Thursday that he's been playing with a fractured sacrum since OTAs, Marla Ridenour of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Analysis: The sacrum is the wedge-shaped vertebra at the base of the spinal column, which intersects with the hip bones to form the pelvis. Landry described the injury as a nagging issue that hasn't necessarily worsened as the season has rolled along, but he'll nonetheless visit a specialist following Week 17 before it's determined whether or not he'll require a procedure. The wideout, who is expected to play Sunday against the Bengals, indicated that he's unsure if he'll play in the Pro Bowl on Jan. 26.

May need offseason procedure
Landry (hip) was limited at practice Thursday, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Analysis: Petrak adds that Landry, who hasn't missed a regular-season game since entering the NFL in 2014 -- and isn't likely to this coming weekend -- may require offseason surgery to address a hip issue he's managed and been playing through since OTAs in May. Despite the lingering injury, Landry -- who hauled in seven of his eight targets for 74 yards in Week 16's 31-15 loss to the Ravens -- has recorded a fantasy-friendly 81/1,092/5 stat line through 15 contests to date.

Makes seven catches vs. Ravens
Landry caught seven of eight targets for 74 yards during Sunday's 31-15 loss to the Ravens.
Analysis: Despite facing an extremely talented Ravens secondary, Landry connected efficiently with Baker Mayfield as he led the team in receiving. Landry owed much of his production to a 33-yard reception, however, and did little with the rest of his grabs. Still, Landry is now closing in on 1,100 yards for the season and will look to finish on a high note Sunday against the Bengals.

May need offseason hip surgery
Landry, who has been cleared to play Sunday, may require offseason surgery on a lingering hip injury, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Analysis: Jarvis hasn't missed many offensive snaps this season, but his practice reps have been impacted by the undisclosed hip issue in advance of the Browns' last five games. In the first four, he gathered in 25 of 39 targets for 323 yards and two touchdowns. His last performance (5-23-0 on eight targets in Arizona) pushed him past 1,000 yards in a season for the first time since 2016 and third time in his six-year career. While the Browns continue to manage both player's practice reps, neither receiver has been forced to sit out any games this season. Meanwhile, Landry's workload has remained steady, resulting in a fantasy-friendly 74-1,018-5 stat line to date. Landry (hip) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Analysis: The Browns have been putting a cap on the practice reps of Landry and Odell Beckham (groin) over the past few weeks, but neither wideout looks in any real danger of sitting out Sunday's game against the Ravens. Analysis: Landry and Kitchens had their exchange on the sidelines, and it continued when the wide receiver went to sit on the bench. "Just because we had a difference today and it seemed like a difference today to everybody or to the world, it doesn't mean I don't have respect for him. Landry caught five of eight targets for 23 yards in Sunday's 38-24 loss to the Cardinals.
Analysis: Landry entered Sunday having compiled three straight stellar showings but surprisingly couldn't get much going against a relatively easy opponent. Although he trailed only Odell Beckham and Kareem Hunt for Cleveland's team leads in receptions and targets, Landry's mere 4.6 yards per grab marked a season low, as did his total yardage output. Analysis: Neither Landry nor fellow wideout Odell Beckham (groin) appeared in danger of sitting out Week 15, even though both players were limited in practice Wednesday and Thursday. It was his second straight game with exactly 76 receiving yards, and he's now averaging 100 yards per game over the last three. Landry (hip) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's game versus the Bengals, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Analysis: Landry has been tending to a hip injury the past few weeks but nonetheless has been looked at early and often by Baker Mayfield, hauling in 16 of 24 targets for 224 yards and two TDs over the last two games. He secured a seven-yard touchdown pass in the first quarter and added another from five yards out in the third. It's the third time this season he's seen double-digit targets, and the veteran WR remains the receiver Baker Mayfield is the most comfortable throwing to -- Landry was the intended recipient of a fourth-down toss that proved to be the Browns' final offensive play of the game.
